Part-Time LPN Opportunity

Green Hill Senior Living & Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Part-Time LPN's for day (11am-7pm) shifts to join our dynamic organization.

Overview:

Under the leadership of the Registered Nurse, the LPN will be providing coordinated care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care responsibilities to patients

• Supervise CNA's

• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policy

• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders

• Follow established procedure for charting

• Complete patient assessments, coordination of care

• Identify and reports changes in condition

• Follows environmental health & safety and sanitation standards and procedures

• Oversees clinical and non-clinical acute operations and continuum of care

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in New York

• CPR/BLS certified

• 1 + year nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting
