This is a full-time, on-site role for a Heavy Equipment Operator located in West Orange, NJ. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to complete tasks such as excavation, underground utility installation, underground storm system installation, paving, land clearing, and demolition. Day‑to‑day tasks must include understanding blue prints and cut sheets, safely operating machinery, maintaining equipment and collaborating with team members to ensure project efficiency and safety.

Precision and adherence to safety guidelines are crucial in this role.

• Proficient in Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment usage
• Experience in Excavation and Equipment handling
• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and routine checks
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
