You will work under the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site tasks to keep common areas and units in top condition.
The role requires HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in 24-hour on-call service.
