We’re seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Processor (Manager Track) to support and oversee high-volume, multi-entity AP operations while preparing for future leadership responsibility.

• Own end-to-end accounts payable processing in a high-transaction environment
• Review invoice coding, documentation, and payment batches
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
• Manage complex vendor relationships and resolve escalations
• Support month-end and year-end close, accruals, and reconciliations
• Assist with 1099 reporting and audit preparation
• Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for AP team members
• Support AP automation, ERP enhancements, and process improvements

• 5–7+ years of progressive AP or accounting experience
• Experience in multi-entity or high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of GAAP and AP best practices
• Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
