Senior Auditor

Audit Senior | West Palm Beach | $75k to $110k plus bonus

No one is panicking.

It is a steady, well run audit practice where people tend to stay for a long time.

You'll work max 45 hours during busy season.

The work is solid and properly planned. Mostly nonprofit and employee benefit plan audits, with some construction and for profit clients mixed in. Interesting enough to stay engaged, structured enough that you are not constantly firefighting.

Partners are involved in the work and easy to reach. You are not left guessing or cleaning up messes that started 3 levels above you. Expectations are clear and decisions are made by people who actually understand the job.

Busy season is busy, but it is not chaotic. Hours typically sit around 43 per week during peak periods. Outside of that, work fits around real life. Evenings are generally your own.

In this role you will run audits end to end, support and review junior staff, and work closely with Managers and Partners who trust you to do the job properly. You are given responsibility without being thrown in the deep end.

You will likely be a good fit if you have

• 2+ years of public accounting audit experience
• CPA preferred or actively working toward it

A calm, methodical approach and pride in doing things properly
