Job Title: Full‑Charge Bookkeeper
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Salary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 annually
We are a growing and dynamic organization seeking a skilled Full‑Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of end‑to‑end accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, maintaining accuracy, and managing the full accounting cycle in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Process journal entries, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external CPA for year-end reporting and tax preparation.
- Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and assist with financial analysis as needed.
- 3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books (Online or Desktop) and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
