AR Specialist

Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist - Manufacturing

We're looking for a sharp, energetic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our fast‑paced accounting team. In this role, you'll keep cash flowing by managing customer invoicing, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and jumping on any discrepancies with confidence and accuracy. You'll work closely with sales, operations, and customer service to ensure billing is timely, clean, and aligned with our manufacturing workflow.

• Generate and process customer invoices with precision
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts, and investigate variances
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues quickly
• Maintain detailed, organized financial records

• Strong attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication with a customer‑focused mindset
• Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
• Experience in manufacturing or high-volume billing is a plus
