What the Accounts Receivable Specialist will do:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment activity
• Confirm billing aligns with operational documentation
• Maintain AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices
• Record and apply customer payments accurately
• Accounts Payable invoicing

Qualifications:

• 2-7+ years experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support
• Experience in distribution, logistics, food, or inventory-based businesses preferred
• Quick Books experience preferred
• Experience managing AR aging and collections
• Experience matching documentation to financial transactions
