Tax Associate

• Preparation and review of the tax compliance for federal, state and local income tax filings, including work papers
• Preparation of the calculations and facilitation of filings for the required tax estimates and projections
• Support tax directors with gathering and organizing necessary information for federal, state and local tax audits

• 3-4+ years of tax return preparation for partnerships and S Corporations
• Effective communication with the other members of the team
• Attention to details when entering data and computing taxes in order to avoid errors and/or penalties
• Strong grasp of basic math, accounting principles and tax code comprehension
• Ability to work efficiently and manage workload
