What You'll Be Doing
  • Process a steady volume of invoices daily with accuracy and efficiency
  • Review invoices for proper coding, dates, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and issue vendor payments in a timely manner
  • Handle vendor communication and resolve discrepancies as they arise
  • Assist with expense reports and related accounting entries
  • Support invoice selection and payment runs
  • Maintain organized AP records and documentation
  • Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong understanding of AP workflows and accounting basics
  • Experience working with accounting systems and invoice processing tools
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills when interacting with vendors and internal teams
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
