Senior Staff Tax Accountant - Boca Raton, FL (Onsite)

Overview:

Boutique-style office supporting high-profile and professional athlete clients seeks a Senior Tax Accountant. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values discretion and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for:
  • High-net-worth individuals (including professional athletes)
  • Partnerships and corporations
• Assist with tax planning and advisory services
• Collaborate with a small, close-knit team:
  • 2 Bookkeepers + Managing Partner
• Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion with client matters
• Maintain organized and accurate financial/tax records
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong individual tax experience required; HNW exposure preferred
• Experience with partnerships/corporate returns a plus
• Quick Books Online preferred
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work onsite daily (no remote/hybrid)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (onsite)
