Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
About the Company and Accounts Payable Specialist Role:
- Growing hospitality management organization

- Collaborative and laid-back office culture
- Review and process a high volume of invoices daily
- Verify invoice coding, dates, and supporting documentation
- Process expense reports and related accounting entries
- Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with hotel properties
- Assist with invoice selection for payment processing
- Maintain accurate financial records and AP documentation
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative and financial tasks as needed
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Hospitality or hotel accounting experience is a plus
