What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort, code, and match invoices
- Set up and process payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Review vendor statements and maintain vendor files
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing
- Provide support for audits and other finance-related duties
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong computer skills & knowledge of financial applications
- Proficiency in data entry and financial record management
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A team-player attitude with strong analytical skills
