We are currently recruiting for a senior property accountant to join a strong and growing property commercial real estate investment firm. This is a hybrid schedule position and will report to the controller and oversee accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. There are excellent opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare NOI calculations
- CAM reconciliations
- Review monthly revenue and expenses for each property, review monthly property reports
- Assist with general accounting, financial reporting, and financial projections
- Various special projects as needed
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred)
- Prior experience with property accounting software
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
