Examples of responsibilities include month-end closing, account reconciliations, input of weekly, monthly, and daily journal entries, overseeing recurring data imports, payment of carrier and vendor invoices, COBRA reimbursement, audit tasks, company fleet management, calculation and posting of monthly depreciation, and reclassification of miscellaneous expenses.
As you grow into Accounting Manager, you will manage the accounting team, work on monthly accounting reconciliations and financial statements, post banking transactions, audit monthly financial statements, and prepare reports on various accounting and financial matters.
We'll work with you on a structured development path — this is a genuine succession opportunity for the right person.
What you bring includes a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, at least 6 years of successful accounting experience, prior supervisory experience preferred, strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel, proficiency in Net Suite by Oracle preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset.
