The Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller’s Office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payment Specialist to join our Payables Department in Palm Beach County. This role performs advanced auditing and payment processing for accounts payable, records and posts monetary transactions, and conducts daily and weekly reconciliations.
You will review processed work for accuracy and ensure timely payments, with potential for pre-auditing and cross-training within the accounting unit.
