We are a growing private wealth management firm seeking a highly diligent, ambitious, and detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) to join our in-office team.
This role is ideal for a professional who understands the nuance, discretion, and precision required when serving high-net-worth individuals and families. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, and bri ngs both technical excellence and leadership presence to the table.
About the RoleAs our CPA , you will play a critical role in supporting complex financial planning strategies, tax compliance, and advisory services for our clients. You will collaborate closely with advisors, clients, and internal team members to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proactive financial oversight.
This is not a “clock in, clock out” role. We are seeking someone with an immeasurable work ethic who is invested in building long-term impact — both for our clients and within our firm.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review individual, trust, and entity tax returns
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with wealth advisors on tax-efficient strategies
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding items
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Serve as a mentor to junior team members and help develop emerging talent
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
- Highly attentive to detail — accuracy matters deeply to you

- Active CPA license
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and complex tax structures preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision
