Accounting Specialist (Part Time)

LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a part-time accounting specialist in the West Palm Beach, FL area. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoice processing, account reconciliations, vendor relations, and general accounting support. • Process and manage accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and review invoices, credits, and account adjustments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash disbursements, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on collections.
• Maintain vendor and customer account records.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate payment schedules.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Generate financial reports and assist with special accounting projects.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and customer support.

• 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
• MIP experience strongly preferred.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
