Schedule:

Salary: $120,000 - $165,000 + discretionary bonus

- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives while helping build scalable accounting processes and controls.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules to maintain GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Provide financial analysis and support to operational leadership on P&L, balance sheet, and other reporting needs.
- Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, and process efficiencies across the organization.
- Support audit, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members while maintaining high accounting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility in an Assistant Controller or similar role.
- Experience with in a high-volume construction environment is required.
- Strong ERP experience;
Net Suite experience or Net Suite implementation exposure is a big plus.
