Our client, a private equity firm in West Palm Beach, is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to support front office operations in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including phones, guest registration, and meeting coordination
- Support day‑to‑day office logistics such as supplies, mail, and general organization
- Provide light administrative support to internal teams as needed
- 0–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or office support
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
