A Private Family Investment Office located in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a Full-Time/Permanent Receptionist to join its growing team and new office. The role involves front desk responsibilities, reporting to the VP of Operations. Candidates should have 1-3+ years of entry-level reception or administrative experience, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, positive, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently and in a team.

  • Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience, with 80% of medical/dental benefits paid by the company, generous PTO, and other perks.
  • Working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office attendance required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing phone coverage and providing administrative support.
  • Answering, screening, and routing calls; responding to emails and inquiries.
  • Welcoming guests, receiving deliveries, and supporting meeting setups, including catering and AV needs.
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies.
  • Coordinating office repairs with vendors and maintenance staff.
  • Handling mail and packages, including outbound shipping.
  • Maintaining office equipment and facilities.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and assisting the VP of Operations as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of relevant reception or administrative experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or required.
  • Polished, professional demeanor.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, comfortable working independently and in a team.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and flexibility.
