We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and leadership across our growing organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, supporting cross‑functional teams, and maintaining a professional, efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to executives and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding new employees (scheduling, documentation, coordination)
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Support clinic operations coordination (as needed across locations)
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as the company scales
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or multi‑site environment preferred)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
- Professional, dependable, and adaptable
- Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or retail clinic environments
- Experience in a private equity–backed or high‑growth company
