Our client, a luxury fashion brand and atelier in West Palm Beach, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative and operational background who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes organized and running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will come from a fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or consumer brand environment and have hands-on experience with Shopify and Quick Books.

• Maintain and organize accounting, payroll, and administrative records
• Process invoices and assist with vendor payment documentation
• Support payroll-related administrative functions
• Manage filing systems and operational documentation
• Assist with reporting, inventory tracking, and operational projects
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
• Ensure accuracy and organization across business records and systems

• 2+ years of operations, administrative, or coordinator-level experience
• Experience working within a fashion, apparel, luxury retail, or consumer brand required
• Shopify experience required
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Seeking a junior-to-mid-level professional who is eager to grow with the company
