What you will be doing
The Concierge Patient Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program, serving as a central point of coordination for high‑touch, personalized patient services. This role works closely with physicians, clinical teams, and administrative departments to facilitate expedited access to care, ensure seamless scheduling, and maintain a consistently exceptional patient experience.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities- Coordinates personalized, high‑touch services for HSS Florida Concierge patients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through follow‑up care.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for concierge patients, providing clear communication, timely responses, and escalation of concerns as needed.
- Supports day‑to‑day operations of the HSS Florida Concierge Program, established workflows, protocols, and service standards.
- Collaborates with internal departments across HSS Florida locations to coordinate care and ensure consistency in the concierge patient experience.
- Assists in identifying opportunities to enhance concierge workflows, operational efficiency, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Supports International and ambassador patient coordination, including assisting with appointment scheduling, communication, and care navigation in collaboration with Ambassador and International teams.
- Participates in reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks related to concierge, Ambassador Services, and international patient activity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in patient services, concierge healthcare, care coordination, or a related healthcare role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse patient populations.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
