Position OverviewThe Studio Receptionist & Guest Experience Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for guests and corporate clients. This role is responsible for creating a polished, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations during workshops, private events, and studio bookings.
This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, poised, and comfortable supporting both creative events and corporate gatherings.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience- Greet and check in guests for workshops and private events
- Manage event check-in using POS system
- Answer phone calls and respond to basic inquiries
- Maintain a professional and welcoming studio atmosphere
- Assist with room setup and breakdown
- Ensure materials are organized and prepared for sessions
- Support facilitators during workshops as needed
- Monitor event flow and address guest needs promptly
- Manage booking calendar updates
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Track inventory of studio supplies
- Assist with light administrative tasks
- Provide information on upcoming events
- Promote memberships and private booking packages
- Capture guest emails for marketing database
- Prior front desk, hospitality, or event support experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in both creative and corporate environments
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic POS and computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Calm under pressure
- Interest in creative arts, facilitation, or event coordination
Part-time, primarily evenings and select weekends based on event calendar.
CompensationHourly rate commensurate with experience.
