At Gulfstream, Administrative Associates play a critical role in helping teams and leaders focus on what matters most.
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for department activities while coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, events, communications, and documentation. You will serve as a trusted partner who helps keep work moving efficiently and professionally.
Your work will support day-to-day operations while contributing to larger departmental goals, planning efforts, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You Will BringRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Four years of administrative experience.
- Experience supporting business operations, documentation systems, and office administration activities.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and business software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, spelling, composition, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Executive or leadership support experience.
- Advanced calendar management and meeting coordination experience.
- Event planning and event execution experience.
- Experience preparing travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Experience supporting departmental budgets, planning activities, or reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience maintaining records, procedures, collaboration sites, or documentation systems.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative efficiency.
