Business Solutions Manager

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to drive business development and recruitment efforts in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. This role operates in a largely virtual environment with a culture that prioritizes creating remarkable experiences for clients and coworkers.

Ledgent Finance & Accounting, one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S., focuses on placing accounting and finance talent across a variety of industries. The Business Solutions Manager recruits as well as develops and grows our client base and new business opportunities in the West Palm Beach area.

• Drive business development and recruitment efforts in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.
• Promote finance and accounting workforce staffing solutions with clients and prospects in a largely virtual environment.
• Utilize end-to-end recruiting and full-sales cycle skills to support clients and candidates.

• Residence in the greater West Palm Beach, Florida area.
• Ability to thrive in a business development and outbound sales environment.
• Strong business acumen and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-resolution skills.
• Previous staffing industry or recruiting experience is helpful; accounting or finance experience is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our purpose, promise, and values.
• Belonging-focused mindset within a collaborative environment.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or transferable experience.
