We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who excels at developing talent and driving results. Your primary focus will be to coach, train, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Managers (AMs), and Account Executives (AEs), while ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines performance management with strategic execution.
Responsibilities & Key Focuses:
Coach and mentor sales team members through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and feedback sessionsDesign and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programsSet clear goals and hold team members accountable for performance metricsConsistently lead the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach strategiesOptimize and scale sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting modelsHelp recruit, hire, and ramp new sales team membersTrack performance using CRM and analytics tools to drive insights and improvementsAccept and perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales leadership at a SaaS or tech companyProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while leading a teamStrong background in coaching and team developmentFamiliarity with B2B sales processes and SaaS metricsSkilled in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Outreach)Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skillsExceptional skills including budgeting, financial management, forecasting, pipeline development, reporting, and developing key performance metricsA strong competitive drive, with a high need for achievement and a passion for winning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.Knowledge of the cybersecurity industryPrior B2B experience is required.This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a “can do” attitude. Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive are essential.
