Bermuda Landscape is seeking a full-time Business Development and Estimator professional to join our team at our on-site location in West Palm Beach, FL. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and preparing detailed project estimates. Responsibilities include developing strategies to acquire new clients, conducting effective communication with stakeholders, and collaborating with the team to ensure accurate project cost forecasting.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting revenue growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Strong customer service and sales skills to build rapport with clients and drive business growth
• Proficient communication skills, including verbal and written communication, to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Experience in project estimation and business development to provide accurate cost assessments and develop strategies for company growth
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Familiarity with the landscaping industry and understanding of related materials, plants, and services is a plus
• Proficiency in Procore and technologies for project estimation and proposal preparation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous
