You’ll turn “yes” into momentum… and momentum into loyalty.
What You’ll Do- Run onboarding steps with clarity: forms, signatures, requirements, status tracking
- Coordinate client touchpoints with warmth + boundaries (friendly, firm, efficient)
- Ensure documents are correct, complete, compliant, and organized
- Keep internal teams aligned so clients never feel “handed off”
- Build repeatable systems that scale (SOPs, checklists, workflows)
- You will be coached hard — because we believe in talent.

Competitive base pay. $60k–$68k base (license fast-track: $62k–$78k) aligned to speed, ownership, and performance with a performance bonus available
. We invest heavily in paid training (details shared during the interview process) and cover travel for select trainings/team events as you grow in the seat. This is a high-trust, high-standard role with a clear runway for people who want scorecards, love feedback, and want to win.
