Job Description

The Operations Advisor plays a key role in supporting franchisee success across the Fully Promoted network. This role partners directly with franchise owners to provide hands‑on training, operational guidance, and business coaching—ensuring strong launches, consistent execution, and long‑term growth.
This is a highly interactive, travel‑intensive position ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative, field‑based role and enjoys helping small business owners succeed.
- Implements franchisee location launch: 40‑hour marketing setup; operational and marketing assessments.
- Trains and reinforces franchisees to comply with franchise model and system.
- Instructs franchisee and location employees on approved software packages, operating systems and brand technology platforms.
- Trains franchisees how to utilize approved marketing and sales programs to generate leads, gain clients and build early sales activity.
- Consults with franchisee to ascertain and define area of opportunity and determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution.
- Advises the Support and Launch Department on issues identified through communication with franchisees.
- Completes, maintains and processes required launch paperwork and reports.
- Maintains daily and weekly schedule in Microsoft Outlook (minimum of two weeks in advance).
- Travels 50-75% within brand territories.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in business operations, sales, or marketing.
- Background in promotional products, branded apparel, print, or related industries.
- Familiarity with POS systems, graphic software, or accounting platforms.
- The individual must be able to quickly learn new software platforms and business processes to coach franchise owners with varying levels of experience.
