Qualitative Go-To-Market Analyst - Healthtech

This is a full-time remote role for a qualitative analyst. In this position, you will conduct buyer interviews to gather market insights, analyze sales and market trends, and provide recommendations for improving go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and sharing findings to guide strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to enhance competitive positioning and market success.

• Must have 2 years minimum working in healthtech and/or employer-sponsored benefits
• Market research and data analysis skills to interpret trends and insights
• Strong communication, interviewing, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Sales strategy and go-to-market expertise, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in leveraging tools for data visualization, documentation, and reporting
• Understanding of private equity and venture capital-backed business environments is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field
• Self-driven, resourceful mindset with a commitment to delivering actionable insights
