Recreations Supervisor

Responsibilities

The Recreations Supervisor is the frontline of the Activities & Events team, executing the programs designed to offer enjoyable experiences for resort customers. They will inject a fun and upbeat attitude into all activities to ensure that each event follows the guidelines and achieves the established goals. Must be adaptable to make adjustments as needed depending on weather or other circumstances which may affect the program.

• Communicate with staff about special events, programs and other items of interest.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and program quality.
• Boost resort revenue through the creation of unique events that are innovative and cost effective.

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in activities & entertainment a plus
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and personable; customer centric mindset to work with groups representing all age groups and demographics.
• Fluent in English;
  Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Relevant certifications in recreation and/or fitness are a plus.
• Someone with a experience in a guest service role
• Someone with an engaging and energetic personality
• Someone with the ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Someone with the ability to communicate effectively
• Someone who can lift, carry and position loads of at least 25lbs.
• Someone with the availability to work varied shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays
