As a Senior Associate in Transformation Services, you will support large, complex client engagements, working closely with private‑equity leadership to design and implement creative business solutions for portfolio companies.
Key responsibilities:
- Structure and manage performance‑improvement plans through to completion.
- Identify cost‑reduction opportunities by redesigning organizational structures, staffing, and back‑office processes.
- Integrate data insights to enhance EBITDA and operating efficiency.
- Implement cost‑reduction initiatives, including workforce changes and process improvements.
- Make strategic recommendations based on findings.
- Lead consulting projects in at least two of: margin management, pricing, product rationalization; sales & operations planning; sourcing and global supply chain; organizational structure; non‑labor cost efficiency; process improvement; SG&A cost reduction; working capital and cash management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience implementing operating‑expense cost‑reduction programs.
- Deep knowledge of an industry vertical (e.g., industrial, business services, distribution, consumer products, and retail) is a plus.
Salary range: $100,000–$170,000 annually, depending on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Full‑time employees (≥30 hours/week) and qualifying part‑time employees receive healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages, a 401(k) plan with discretionary contributions, paid time off including vacation, personal days, 72 hours of sick time, ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
