Oversee profitable operation of the Firehouse Subs restaurant and ensure adherence to health, wage, age, and employment regulations;
Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness;
Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing operations game plans and initiatives;
Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under GM guidance;
Ensure programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and completed on schedule;
Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner and communicate issues to GM/Owner;
Maintain physical stamina to be on feet for up to 13 hours and able to lift up to 50 lbs
