As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, speed, and quality service while leading and mentoring a team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our operational standards, keeping the team motivated, and preparing for peak business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members in providing outstanding customer service
• Manage shift operations, ensuring speed of service and accuracy
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and safe counts
• Implement and track daily productivity and labor goals
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized environment
• Execute deep cleaning and inventory management tasks
• Assist with catering orders and drive-thru operations
• Foster a positive work environment and drive team success
