Business Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a Business Analyst who will serve as the liaison between technical teams and internal/external stakeholders to identify core business needs, translating them into clear functional requirements and handle the processes and development around product practice management functionality.

This BA will define the detailed stories and epics in collaboration with product managers and engineers, guiding stakeholders from prioritization through concept development.

The Business Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities from leading small to midsize projects to assisting other Product Managers on larger more complex projects. Business analysts can often tackle projects across multiple domains and handle new business domains with the same level of confidence as familiar ones. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Industry expertise or has developed the expertise.

Minimum Experience, Skills and Education

Bachelor's Degree required (business administration, computer science, engineering, healthcare or related degree);
Master's degree preferred 2+ years of related SaaS (or similar) experience, creating functional requirements in the form of use cases/user stories, business processes and technology requirements required Experience with practice or product management, medical, EMR/Electronic Health Record (EHR) softwares strongly preferred Knowledge of Practice or Product Management and Revenue Cycle Management strongly preferred Understanding of Health IT market and technologies preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills Time management and organization skills Experience with Agile methodologies;

SCRUM Solid understanding of the SDLC Experience in the Medical or Pharmaceutical office field is preferred.
