The Palm Beach House is a waterfront high-rise condominium located in West Palm Beach, Florida, boasting a private sandy beach on the Intracoastal Waterway, a fishing pier, and a heated saltwater swimming pool. Residents can enjoy the tiki hut, barbecue grills, and picnic areas, work out in the fitness center, or unwind in the sauna. Indoor amenities include a game room with billiards, a library, and a clubhouse.

The community provides 24-hour security and front desk services. Additional features include kayak and paddleboard storage, table tennis, party rooms, a car wash area, assigned parking, and resident storage.

The Onsite General Manager serves as the chief operating officer of the Palm Beach House Condominium Community and is responsible for overall leadership, administration, financial management, governance support, and operational performance of the Association.

• Serve as the primary professional advisor to the Board of Directors
