The business operates with a close-knit team of around 25 construction professionals.

Job Description

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution on luxury projects
• Coordinate architects, consultants, and high-end subcontractors
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and change management
• Maintain exceptional quality standards across all phases of construction
• Serve as a professional and discreet point of contact for owners and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience in high-end residential or custom home construction
• Proven ability to manage complex, design-intensive projects
• Comfortable operating in private-client environments requiring discretion
• Highly organized with strong communication and leadership skills
