Job Description

• Manage all phases of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, resolving any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues proactively.
