We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Permanent Senior Interior Superintendent to join our dynamic construction team. This exciting role involves overseeing interior construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of interior construction, from planning and coordination to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Interior Superintendent, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all aspects of interior construction projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and completion.
2. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
3. Coordinating and supervising the work of subcontractors and in-house teams.
4. Managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
6. Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
7. Liaising with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.
8. Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols on site.
9. Using Procore software for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Permanent Senior Interior Superintendent, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing interior construction projects from start to finish.
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in using Procore or similar construction management software.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
9. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different project sites as required.
10. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
