Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year

One of the premier custom home builders in Palm Beach is seeking to bring senior-level talent onto their growing team. This firm is highly regarded for delivering some of the most sophisticated residences in South Florida and completes approximately 15–20 luxury homes each year, ranging from multi-million-dollar new builds to large-scale renovations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Superintendent with a passion for luxury homes to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to showcase your expertise in the construction industry and be a part of constructing some of the most exquisite homes on Palm Beach Island. As a Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of the construction project, ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld, schedules are followed, and projects are completed within budget and on time.

• Supervising all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion.
• Reading, interpreting, and implementing blueprints, plans, and design drawings.
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and ensuring the quality of work and materials is upheld.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out according to safety standards and building regulations.
• Coordinating and supervising a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
• Scheduling and coordinating all design and construction processes.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Regularly reporting the progress of the construction project to stakeholders.
• Resolving any problems that may arise during construction.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on luxury homes.
• Proven experience working on Palm Beach Island or equivalent luxury locations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Solid understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a timely and effective manner.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
