Utility Estimator
We have a great opportunity for a Utility Estimator in Riviera Beach, FL. This individual is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for underground utility construction projects, including water, sewer, storm drain, lift stations, water plants. This role analyzes project plans and specifications, performs quantity takeoffs, evaluates subcontractor and supplier pricing, and collaborates with project managers and operations teams to support successful bids and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for underground utilities (pipe, structures, excavation, backfill, restoration, etc.)
