We are partnered with a fast-growing Engineering & Sitework firm based in the Palm Beach area that is seeking resourceful and self-motivated Project Manager with civil/commercial construction background. Full lifecycle project management from start-up to close-out.

LOCATION: In office/project sites in the West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale area.

BASE PAY RANGE

$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Manage project start-up; locates, bonds, PO's, subcontracts, and permits
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and define project specifications, timelines, and deliverables
• Process T&M tickets, prepare change orders, and monthly billings
• Track schedules and obtain written approvals for extra work
• Reconcile subcontractor billings with field measurements
• Manage project close-out: as-builts, certifications, and final paperwork

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years working as a Project Manager in civil/commercial construction
• Subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and scheduling experience
• Proficient in project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend), Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
• Strong resourcefulness and self-motivation

• Base salary $80,000-$105,000 plus performance bonuses (bonuses based on company and individual performance)
