We are a boutique luxury remodeling firm specializing in ultra-high-end residential renovations throughout South Florida. Our clients expect exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a seamless experience from design through construction.
What sets us apart is that we do it all in-house. Our team includes architecture, interior design, construction, and custom millwork, allowing us to maintain complete control over quality, scheduling, and execution.
As we continue expanding into the West Palm Beach market, we're looking for an experienced Onsite Supervisor to lead the day-to-day construction of luxury residential projects.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of multimillion-dollar renovations while working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team.
Position OverviewAs the Onsite Supervisor, you will be the company's representative in the field, overseeing every phase of construction from project startup through final punch list.
You will coordinate subcontractors, supervise onsite personnel, ensure work meets our quality standards, communicate with the office team, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
This is not a handyman or maintenance position. We are looking for a construction professional who understands how luxury residential projects are built and can confidently manage an active jobsite with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do- Manage the daily operations of luxury residential construction projects
- Coordinate all onsite activities from project startup through completion
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor schedules
- Serve as the primary liaison between the field and office teams
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Verify work is completed according to plans and company quality standards
- Coordinate multiple trades throughout every phase of construction
- Monitor workmanship and proactively identify potential issues
- Assist in resolving field conflicts with the support of the office team
- Supervise onsite employees and subcontractors
- Maintain organized, safe, and clean job sites
- Ensure proper material management and jobsite logistics
- Complete daily reports, progress photos, and documentation
- Manage punch lists and project closeout activities
- Work closely with project management, design, architecture, and millwork departments
- Provide timely updates on project progress
- Submit RFIs and communicate field conditions
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- 5+ years of residential construction supervision experience
- Experience managing custom homes or luxury residential remodeling projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and inspections
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make sound field decisions
- Comfortable using construction management software such as CoConstruct or Buildertrend
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Luxury residential construction experience
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar residential projects
- Knowledge of permitting, inspections, and project closeout processes
