Are you ready to take the next step in your electrical construction career? We are recruiting an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial electrical projects throughout South Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Engineer, Electrical Foreman, Estimator, or Assistant Project Manager looking to advance into a long-term project management career path with a growing electrical contractor.

• Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of commercial electrical construction projects
• Assist with project scheduling, procurement, material tracking, and manpower coordination
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout documents, and project documentation
• Track project budgets, job costs, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Participate in project meetings and maintain communication across all stakeholders
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation as needed
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Experience in commercial electrical construction
• Experience supporting electrical projects in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or related role
• Understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and project documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Experience with Bluebeam, Accubid, McCormick, Procore, or similar software is a plus
