We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial electrical projects from award through completion. • Manage multiple residential and commercial electrical projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project scopes to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, change orders, and job profitability.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to the Electrical Code (NEC).
• Work closely with field electricians to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
• Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and manage inventory needs.
• Schedule inspections, ensure permit compliance, and coordinate with local jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop solutions to avoid delays.
• Foster positive relationships with customers while representing SWD Electric professionally.

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management experience (residential, commercial, or both).
• Strong knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is .
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
