Senior Construction Project Manager

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
• Work closely with field superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
• Conduct OAC meetings and provide regular project reporting.
• Negotiate subcontractor scopes and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project financial management.
• Experience leading projects independently from preconstruction through closeout.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
