This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who excels at building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional project outcomes. As a Project Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor project teams, and help drive operational excellence across safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

• Provide executive oversight for assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout and warranty.
• Lead project teams while ensuring successful execution of safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Serve as the executive liaison between office and field operations to promote collaboration and accountability.
• Anticipate project challenges and provide strategic guidance to resolve issues before they impact project success.
• Protect CORE’s contractual, financial, and operational interests throughout each project.

• Partner with estimating, operations, and project teams during preconstruction planning.
• Participate in constructability reviews, scheduling, logistics planning, procurement strategy, and value engineering efforts.
• Identify project risks early and develop proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Review budgets, contingencies, schedules, and project assumptions to ensure successful project execution.

• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
• Participate in proposal development, interviews, presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Represent CORE at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Support long-term client partnerships that generate repeat business.

• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, profitability, and risk management.
• Review project reporting, cost controls, forecasts, owner billings, and subcontractor payment status.
• Support project teams with change management, financial planning, and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational best practices.

• Mentor Project Managers and project teams through coaching and professional development.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• Support staffing strategies and collaborate with Operations Leadership to develop high-performing teams.
• Encourage ongoing learning, leadership development, and career growth.

• Extensive experience managing commercial construction projects and leading project teams.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects while balancing operational, financial, and client priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and risk mitigation.
• Comprehensive understanding of preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, operational excellence, and exceptional client service.
