Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

GRIT Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in luxury custom homes to lead projects in West Palm Beach, Florida
. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring exceptional quality, budget performance, schedule execution, and an outstanding client experience.

This is not a production homebuilding role. Custom home experience is required. The ideal candidate has successfully managed high‑end, one‑of‑a‑kind residential projects and understands the level of craftsmanship, coordination, and client communication these homes demand.

• Lead custom home projects from contract through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to drive quality, safety, and project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants.
• Manage contracts, change orders, project financials, and risk.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure company standards are met.

• 5+ years of Project Management experience building custom homes.
• Luxury custom residential construction experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project financial management.
• Experience managing homeowner, architect, and designer relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
